This paper conducts a thorough examination of the intricate relationship between organizational culture and employee well-being, with a specific focus on the role of culture in fostering workplace innovation and satisfaction. In the contemporary business landscape, organizational culture has emerged as a significant determinant of employee experiences and overall organizational success.

The research begins by defining the concept of organizational culture and acknowledging its multifaceted nature. It recognizes that culture encompasses shared values, norms, beliefs, and practices that shape the work environment.

One central theme of the study is the exploration of the impact of organizational culture on employee well-being. It delves into how a positive and inclusive culture can enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being. The paper discusses the role of leadership in cultivating a culture that prioritizes employee welfare.

Furthermore, the study examines the relationship between organizational culture and workplace innovation.
