This paper explores the realm of innovation in human resource management (HRM) and its pivotal role in developing strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within organizations. In a dynamic and competitive business environment, the effective management of human capital is crucial for organizational success.

The research begins by defining the scope and significance of HRM in the context of talent management. It recognizes that talent has become a valuable asset, and the war for talent is a critical challenge faced by organizations.

One central theme of the study is the examination of innovative strategies for attracting top talent. It delves into the adoption of creative recruitment approaches, employer branding, and the use of technology in talent acquisition.
