Abstract

This paper presents a global perspective on corporate innovation strategies and their profound influence on market competitiveness. In today's dynamic business environment, innovation has become a core driver of success, enabling organizations to adapt, grow, and thrive.

The research begins by defining corporate innovation and acknowledging its multifaceted nature, encompassing product innovation, process innovation, and business model innovation. It recognizes that innovation is not confined by geographic boundaries and highlights the global nature of innovation ecosystems.

One central theme of the study is the exploration of various corporate innovation strategies adopted by organizations worldwide. It delves into open innovation models, collaborative innovation initiatives, and the role of research and development. The paper discusses the benefits and challenges of these strategies.

Furthermore, the study examines the influence of corporate innovation on market competitiveness. It addresses how innovation fosters differentiation, enhances customer value, and drives market share. The paper discusses the link between innovation and sustained competitive advantage.
